Welcome to day 9 of our countdown to Valentine’s Day! We love this easy DIY project for displaying your valentines. Read on to learn what we used and how we did it…
The frame was gold and game form a local thrift store. We used white chalkboard paint to cover the whole frame, then used sandpaper to distress it. We used just plain old twine for the “clothesline” and a staple gun form the hardware store. We found those cute clothespins made into cupids arrows in the $1 section at Target.
We simply used the staple gun to attach the twine to the back of the frame. We used 2 staples to make sure it was secure.
Then we zig-zagged the twine and attached each time.
…and here is the finished product! Attach your valentines any way you would like with the clothespin arrows and hang. Easy!
